Unable to load Business Insight Advanced on remote computer

In my application on our Cognos server, when I select a report and click launch ->  Business Insight Advanced , I can load the program but when I remotely run the application using the browser and server Ip address, and select Business Insight Advanced the page with the progress toolbar hang and doesn't load. Any idea?

Are you trying to run on a machine in a different domain than the ones listed as allowed in the Cognos Application Firewall?
