expressionLocale problem

We encountered a problem when we upgraded Cognos 8.4.1 to Cognos 10.1.1. Some of the ReportStudio reports and QueryStudio queries stopped working. 

Upgrade process:

1.   New C 10 installation
2.   Export contentstore from C 8.4
3.   Contentstore import to C 10

I located where the problem is, it is in reports and querys XML code expressionLocale variable. When I copy report into clipboard and change expressionLocale from "fi-fi" to "en", then report works ok.  Because there is quite lot of not working reports and queries, manually correcting is out of the question and I think there is no possibility to change QueryStudios XML code at all.

So what I want to know is there any better way to fix this and what went wrong during upgradeprocess to Cognos 10?
