Cognos Access Manager Namespace not showing up at login

We've been running 2 namespaces (AD and Access Manager) for a while now.  Over the weekend I tried to enable SSO for AD.  Everything didn't go as planned so I reverted all the settings to how they were originally.  The only problem is that Access Manager is now longer a selectable option at login.  It automatically sends you to the AD login.

Why is this happening?  Did I miss a setting? Any ideas?
