Dear Gurus

I have got an error while creating a cross tab as shown in the document attached.

1. I have created a Crosstab with column values Country --> then Current Year (CY) \ Previous year (PY)
2. I have summed the columns by CY and PY.
3. The total columns should not show the country but CY, PY should show.
4. So moved the totals to the side (Wrong way). Then I got the below error. Please let me know how can it be resolved and my requirement can be met.

OP-ERR-0154
Unable to build the aggregate dataItem="Total(PY)". The referenced dataItem="PY" was not found at the same nesting level.

We are using Relational Data.

Thanks

Edit your report and change "PY" query item. Point it to it's proper location.
Probably a typo in it.

Dear Grim

Thanks for your response. I have attached the sample report spec. Please have a look at it. I believe its not the typo but some problem with the nesting level.

Thanks

Dear All

I got the problem resolved. I think it was with the steps I created the crosstab. I have created it again with the below steps and the error disappeared.

1)     Create PY and CY

2)      Aggregate PY and CY for totals

3)      Then Drag country carefully above PY and CY
