Scheduled Report link issues

When I schedule a report to send as the report link, to my mailbox for every 1 hour...I'm getting one link for one hour as expected..but each time i'm seeing that sender name is different.

We recently migrated from 84 to 841 and we use generic id for scheduling.

Hi there

That's an interesting problem that I think needs specific logging turned on.  I'd suggest you need to look at the <c841>\configuration folder on the Content Manager install and make a copy of the ipfSDSclientconfig.xml.sample then, assuming you have no other ipfclientconfig.xml file active, rename ipfSDSclientconfig.xml.sample to ipfclientconfig.xml.

This could also be a bug similar in nature to

Leave it for about 2 minutes then you should see a new log created.  This is where you can see the SMTP output being generated.  It would be interesting to see who the sender is at this point as I'm surprised that its sending using different accounts.  This normally happens if you have a special type of mail proxy or "send on behalf of" set up.
