Bursting reports with users' security settings

Hello,

Many of the users of our system now execute/program reports on a regular basis. Partly in an effort to keep the system centralised we would like to send a selection of these reports out from our admin account. However, the problem with this is that the users would lose their cutom view based on their security settings. The obvious solution therefore seems to burst the reports out. However as users don't necessarily have the same rights as other people in their user group (e.g a finance team each responsible for different sectors) this would presumably mean having to create a burst group per user of which we have lots! Can anyone think of a way around this problem? The solution may be simple. I have only just started looking into burst reporting...

Many thanks - Marc

Update :

To explain a bit better... Basically to take the finance example again, if various finance controllers run the same non-bursted report then they will only see the clients that are included in their rights. (If admin ran it they would see all clients.) These security settings are implemented by the security filter in the framework. We have a table in our SQL Server db that lists all the data that users have access to.

I hope that's a bit clearer.

Marc
