TCP Monitor not opening a new tab

Hi all,

I'm trying to start tcpmon to monitor the SOAP communication between my app and Cognos.
The dispatcher is running on  port 9300:
External Dispatcher URI:
http://localhost:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch

telnet 127.0.0.1 9300 is working.

I start tcpmon.bat. It opens TCPMonitor correctly.
I set:
Listen Port # to 9999.
Target Hostname to 127.0.0.1
Target Port# to 9300

When I click 'Add' a new tab for the listener is expectet to be opened.
But nothing happens. Only the 'Admin' tab is opened.

Cognos and SDK version: 8.4.1

Any ideas what is wrong?
