Hi,

Everything is ok , I forgot to mention that the old job stream version is of 6.5 and upgraded
one is of 7.1.

Does the version is creating the problem.....

Coz the old job stream is running perfect!!

Thanks

Try turning on all the logging options for the jobstream, and see if anything is appearing in the log before the command window closes.

If that fails, try running the jobstream manually from a command window to see if an error is being reported at the command line.

Keep us posted on what you find.

MF.

Hi,

The Command prompt pops up for 1 or 2 seconds and disappears. Nothing is present in the log file.

I am not able to trace what is the problem.

System Config:

OS- Win 2003 server
DB - SQL Server 2000

Have you tried firing off the jobstream from a command window manually?  It may be that an error is being reported on the command line, but because the default command window closes it is not visible.

Right-click on the jobstream, use the 'execute' option from the right-click menu, then from the execute window which appears, select and copy the command to launch the jobstream.

Next start up a command window manually, and paste the jobstream command in here.  In this way you will see any errors reported on the command line once the command her been entered.

Let us know what you find...

Best regards,

MF.
