Conditional Formatting with FOR Clause

Hi all,

Forgive me if this seems a bit simple.... I simply cannot wrap my head around this.

I am writing a report in RS 8.4 (DB2 database) and one of the columns has a conditional format on it (total shipped=total received, column goes green). My issue is that the data in the columns comes from the details of a shipment, and so this condition is applied to each detail line. Hence, my first insctinct was to change the conditional expression to (total shipped=total received) FOR (Shipment). It appears, however, that the FOR clause cannot be used in conditional expressions.

I've tried making this into a data item, still no luck.

Can you help?

Thanks,

CC
