Disallowing copy/paste of some reports

I have some reports that I want to publish, but for people to only have 'recipient' access to this subset of reports regardless of their true capability role (so these reports are run once a day to a pre-defined schedule, and all users should only be able to access the outputs).  I don't want users to be able to create views to these reports and then their own schedules.  So i've taken away execute capabilities from the reports in the public folders, which works for those reports, however users are copying the reports to their 'My Folders' where they are able to schedule and execute the copy as they wish (not what i want).

Can I stop some reports being copied into users' 'my folders' without disabling the my folders altogether?

Its difficult to edit the Public Folder's container (although you could but not recommended). However, what I have done is create another tab (not sure if this is an option for you) that I use to deliver and list reports that are read only and look similar to the Public Folder's Tab.  Users get notified via email and directed to the tab, and can execute but not copy or edit.  The check box is dimmed. this was done using a brief .jsp.page.  i can send the code if u wish...but not sure you want to go in this direction..
