Users can't see output versions

I created a report, created a schedule to save weekly output versions, but my users can't see the output versions it has saved.  I, the owner, CAN see them.  I have even tried giving them full permissions, but they still can't see the output versions.

Any suggestions?

Users need to have "read" permissions to view report outputs as they are properties of a report.

Through Cognos support, I confirmed that this is a bug.  If output versions were created BEFORE the user has access to those existing, the user will still not have access to them after being granted access to the report itself.  However, the user WILL be able to see versions created AFTER the permissions were changed.

For example, I had a report which USER_A had no access to.  I ran the report, creating 3 output versions.  I then gave USER_A read permissions on the report.  USER_A could NOT see the existing output versions.  I ran the report 2 more times.  The user then sees 2 output versions.

Support has shown me no way thus far to allow USER_A to see the 3 previously created output versions.
