Any ideas on how to help Transformer zip through the "Initializing Categories" steps? I have a less then powerful server with 2 CPUs (Pentium III @ 930MHz) and Transformer has been using 50% of them for the past 7 days (1.7 million categories with complex security), but it seems to be alive as context switches are occuring.

with that many categories I would say that RAM is key, plus plenty of hard disk space!
I have both, whole 2GB of RAM and 25GB of HDD just for myself.
