Help me please.

I am unable to publish packages in Cognos 8.4. I am in Framework Manager. I used Oracle 10g for database system. When I try to publish either GO Sales (analysis) or GO Sales (query), I get an error. The link for my error is: http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h249/kitaeren/publisherfailure.jpg
