One user having problem with copying reports across folders, but admin user could copy the same reports to those folders without any issues.User getting error CM-SYS-5001 A Content Manager internal error occurred error.

we tried with this .. no luck can you provide the 4 other points

Hi, can you give more info on the rest of the error message (maybe from cogserver.log)?
Maybe the folders are secured?
