I have a CEP 8.4 environment that contains an application called "marketing". Marketing has a single macro setup against (called "Marketing Publish") it to publish one elist item. I want a publish to fire when a specific value in Marketing is updated from 0 to non zero, so to do this I have an event that looks to see when the value is non-zero, and a task to fire the publish.
My issue is - when I go into the task and look for the macro i want to fire (in the section "select planning macro task" i see no macros listed. The macro has been flagged in the PAD "publish to IBM cognos connection". Do i need to do something else to push it out to connection? Hope its simple - im new to event studio.
do you see the macro in the administration console of the cognos connection portal?
(it should be somewhere in administration->configuration->content administration with all other planning macros published to portal)
