Hi Pooja,

How did you resolve this?

My requirement is to run & print all reports in pdf, landscape. I tried this through Run Options in C84. However, this always defaults back to HTML.

Is there a way (you or others) know as to how to set the default to pdf for all reports?

Any help is appreciated as always.

Thanks

here how we did it..

Go to a folder where your reports are saved
click set properties for particular report--Click on Report--click on Deafult action
& make it Run the Report--then select Override the default values on Report Options--
Make Format=PDF --Make Orientation=Landscape --then click OK

hope this helps you

thank you

Thanks Pooja,

That seems to work for the report. I was testing this further, and I find that there are issues with drill-thrus.

I reset both the main and the drill-thru to pdf/landscape. The main report comes up fine with the prompts, but the drill thru hasn't shown up yet. I am going to look further into this.

But it is a bit surprising that C84 does not have the ability (for an admin at the office) to be able to override the default html and set it for pdf/landscape for all reports.

While your solution does help and points me to a good direction, but if one has more than a handful of reports, it would be a serious hit on efficiency.

Thanks
