I am unable to implement the logic for the below scenario...
We have 3 items in 1 calculation dlist
DOJ ( Date of joining) is getting populated from excel..
This Year Date .... Conditional formula
New Year Date .... Default should show 01/06/2011
This Year date ...Calculation is
IF ( DOJ) >=01/07/2010 // Here 01/07/2010 is the default value
THEN 01/07/2010
IF (DOJ<= 01/07/2010)
THEN DOJ
And i also need to show default value for New year date is 01/06/2011.
Please let me know

Just check the format of the d-list item have you changed DOJ, This year Date & New Year date to Date format.
