Title: How do u create multiple publish tables?

I need to create multiple "versions" of a publish table out of Contributor. Actually two flavors are possible: a Point in Time publish datastore (Dec, Jan, etc); and cube/dimension selection datastores. I want like 4 different publish datastores out of the same application. (The Publish Datastore field is grayed out once a publish is done). Anyone?

Ok I solved my own problem:

You need to be on the Server in the to be able to create another container. Click on Configure and in the window that pops up, select your datastore - then the Create New button comes available!
