Title: Day to Day Tasks involved in maintaining a ReportNet environment

Folks

I invite your thoughts on what you feel comprise the various tasks.

I would like to come up with a list of predictable tasks and break it up by roles and responsibilities.

Below is my initial list (not classified into roles and responsibilities yet)

Application Tuning
Monitoring of services and restarting services
New user requests
Usage tracking and auditing
Monitoring server load
Debugging application issues
Debugging service issues such as services not starting and so on
Application Development
Dependency of servers and services and starting these up in the correct order
Setting up authorization for reports
Support for Active Directory
Creating new user classes
Backup of Content Store
Adding users to appropriate user classes
Supporting the IIS Web Server
