Hi,

how can i restrict no of rows displayed in report. if there any rownum function available in cognos.

Hi,

If you have access to Framework Manager, you can define a governor for the package that limits the number of rows returned within a report.

Alternatively, you could modify a specific report to do this by adding a calculation utilising the running-count() summary, then filter on this in your query.
