Yes, I have installed it for two customers and it works fine. Fix list is quite extensive and corrects some issues with the rich client which has been annoying so it is a good thing

Hello,

We are having problems with Cognos Planning after FP2 was applied. The users are unable to create reports in Report Studio from Planning packages. Have anyone else noticed this?

Have you reapplied the BI FPs?  Personal rule of thumb is to reapply the BI FPs after any Planning FPs.  For whatever reason, the Planning side sometimes is not at the same as BI - no proof for this, just a habit I've developed.

Also, check that any special configurations and tunings you've made are retained - FPs sometimes overlay customizations.

I applied the BI FP2 before the Planning FP2, so you might have a point there.

Personal customizations are applied after, but I can double check that again. Besides from that, I have no clue why this is happening. Guess I have to double check some more...
