First of all I appreciate the prompt and quality response from cognoise community.
I need an information on Cognos Administration.I have a client requirement like is there any way to access other user's my folders section in cognos 8 to check few of the report existence.

Hi,
If you log in as a user with administrative privileges you can do this.
Go to Launch -> IBM Cognos Administration, then go to the Security tab at the top, make sure you are on the Users, Groups and Roles page on the left, then drill into your security namespace on the right (the one not named Cognos).
Find the relevant user, select the 'more' option on the right, and you should be able to get access to that user's My Folders area.

I couldn't find anythings that points to that user "My Folders" .. Do I miss anything ??
I think the user's name appears as a hyperlink if they have My Folders. Click on the name to see that users My Folders.
