Our users have reports in Report Studio that they need to save as csv/text files for importing into other systems. Some of the files are larger than the Excel row limit, so they need to run them as delimited text and have them open in Notepad or Wordpad. When I do run with options and schedule it to run a few minutes in the future, I can send output to myself as a csv file and not lose any data. I can't get it to work running the report interactively. For that matter, I can't get any report to open in Wordpad, even though I have the csv file type associated with it. This doesn't seem to work for anyone else here either, so it isn't just my browser settings. I've been through the knowledge base and checked those settings and support wasn't able to help me either.
Does anyone have any ideas? We're on version 8.4

Hi,
It sounds like an issue with the MIME type settings in your browser. Currently your browser either doesn't know what to do with .csv file types or (more likely) has them associated with Excel.
You can google "Internet Explorer MIME types" to find out more.
