Title: Urgent - Problem Facing in LOGON Screen

Hi Friends,
Below is my Problem -
Users are getting the LOGON Screen while accessing few cubes in Cognos CRN. These are powerplay cubes published from the upfront to Cognos environment. In Access manager even though I have given both Basic signon and OS signon to users, it is prompting again for credentials when users try to open the cube.

You need to define the credentials for accessing the cubes in the data source connections in ReportNet (Tools -> Data Sources).

The basic and OS signon entries in Access Manager Administration are for Cognos 7 products only and are irrelevant for ReportNet and Cognos 8.
