Hi ,

i created one job which conatins 2 steps( report). did scheduled .i tried to capture this info in audit package. seems job steps logged in COGIPF_RUNJOBSTEP but job is not logged in COGIPF_RUNJOB. any one aware is this known issue ?

jOB = Myjob
Job step = MYREPORT.

Did you ever find a resolution to this? We are currently on Cognos 8.3 with the log level set to BASIC. It will not log to the audit database in the tables COGIPF_RUNJOB & COGIPF_RUNJOBSTEP.

As a followup to this post, it appears there are two Cognos defects that have been filed on the COGIPF_RUNJOBSTEP & COGIPF_RUNJOB tables:
