Hi,

Analyst is a client product which is installed on a user's PC. The user performing the install needs to accept the license agreement before the product can be installed.  If you only have 5 licenses but 20 users have installed the product, 15 of them are in breach of the license agreement, so you need to resolve this before you next get audited.  You will need to check on each user's machine to see whether Analyst has been installed - just as you would with MS Office for example.

From within Analyst I use Tools>File System Monitor, this gives me a list of who is logged on & what objects they are accessing.

We are set-up so all users log onto the same Analyst via Citrix.
