how to copy contributor user window(grid) data from version to another version?
i want to capy version budget 09 to version budget10 .
pls any one can reply me

Set up an administrator link copying from budget2009 to budget2010

Ok, in Contributor administration console, choose administration links on the left hand side pane. Then manage links and then new. Choose contributor application as source and then click ok.

On the next screen choose your budget application as both source and target

then click map all and then click edit next to version dimension (ie the dimension containing budget2009 and budget 2010). Then choose manually map and map Budget2009 to budget 2010 and clock ok and then finish. Then click on execute and the figures are copied to budget2010 from budget 2009
