Title: Upfront Cube very low response time .... Urgent

We have recently moved the cognos 7 server to different location and obviously the IP address changes. Now the server is up and running in new location.
IWR Report are opening fine and response time is good. Opens up quickly but when it comes to the existing cubes on the upfront, they are taking pretty long time to open up any where outside of the server machine(from any place of the world). Cubes are opening pretty well on server machine.

They were fine in the old location, but now its causing issues.

Could any body help out please
