Do check in whether the catalog exists in the source directory or not..export utility assumes the Creator name, so make sure the creater name is proper..

By the way when the cataloge are migrated why do want to use the command. ;)

I want to migrate the reports.....the catalogue has migrated okay and tests okay as a package and I have published.....

Rather than build from scrath the impromptu reports i want to migrate them using the "migratetocrn" command in dos

c:\ migratetocrn c:\hr\hra0027 c:\hrhra0027xml..

I have tried many combinations with quotes,,, without...but keep coming up with the error "the following source directory is invalid c:\hr\hra0027"

Any help would be appreciated...There is little or no support on the cognos knowledge base.......

U cannot do that...u can only migrate the catalog to FM model but u cannot migrate the reports to RN reports.

U have to create them from scratch..

The latest update on the utility allows to migrate reports as well. It creates a deployment archive which can then be imported in Report Net
