I am trying customize our cognos connection.I am not able to change the color of the user name displayed. This is NOT in the welcome page, but on the portel. help would be appreciated.

You need to modify the ..\c8\webcontent\skins\<SKIN>\shared\banner.css

Modify the userNameContainer class to your needs.

You'll need to change the file for each skin your organization uses. I strongly recommend backing up any file wish to modify.
