Title: Notification

For some reason I don't get notification mails. Is there a setting that I should change?

Hi,

Click on the Profile link on the blue toolbar, then in the Modify Profile section, click on Notifications and Email.  From here you can choose when to receive notifications from the site.

I think it should be working again...

I marked the last checkbox as well. (The others were already checked.)

Nope...didn't work...

For example your last message didn't make it to my E-mail :)

It has worked in the past. Is it working for you?
Could it perhaps be a problem that I have the forum open a lot? I'm not sure if E-mails are sent when I'm still logged into the site.

I don't use notifications, sorry - too many emails!  :)

If you reply to this and expand the "Additional Options" area below the reply text area and check the "Notify me of replies" checkbox, does that give any better success?

Actually, come to think of it, I have had problems with site emails recently.  I updated my email address on my profile record, which then deactivated my account until I replied to the site email confirming my new address.  The email never arrived, though.

I will send a message to one of the admins at BSP to see if there are any known problems.

Of course I did that :)

But somewhere somebody did change something! Just a few minutes ago I got a whole bunch of E-mails all at once! Let's assume that it is working again.

Yes - looks like there was a problem that's now fixed.  I too received a flood of emails from the site - personal messages, reported posts etc.
