Title: Import package from fp1 to fp2

Hi,
I have 2(a,b) environment ,a has FP1 and b has fp2. i am exporting package from a -fp1 and importing to b-fp2.At this time it shows status as Pending/waiting. Is that a cause ? or any other suggestion why it shows this status while importing.
