Title: Custom Calendar Based Scheduling

I want to schedule a report on the last day of the month IF the last day is on a weekend.  Seems goofy I know...but how can i do this?  I know that with other tools you can create a calendar and select the active days to run the report.  Is this possible in Cognos?
