I installed Sun java directoryserver and I am getting directory server 'Computername:389' not responding. When I validate the selection in cogfiguration manager I get successfull validation, but when I do Apply selection I get 'We were not able to connect to your directory server. Are your host and port correct? Details: Invalid credentials'.
I have checked my credentials and I am not sure where I am going wrong.
I am able to login into sunjava console and the directory server has started. I checked the base dn names and they correct. Can someone guide through this installation? Thanks for your help.
