We have created a department hierarchy in Cognos 8.3 and Informix 10 as database. We are making a tree prompt in Cognos Report Studio on the department hierarchy. When we view the tree we are able to see the data from the highest level but if we go to the next level we are not able to view the data.
(E.g. Department hierarchy is All Departments--> Country--->State).
From "All Department" level we are able to view the data in Report. However from Country and state level we are not seeing any data in the report. We also saw that the data is working fine in normal department hierarchy from Department-->Country-->State.
We have checked various options /recreated reported but it is still behaving the same.Please let us know any other thought
Please share more information, like what does your filter look like? ... and what does the query item look like that you populate the Tree control with?
