ID A has two records or row in database because of MAJOR
one row with ID A and MAJOR physics and
one row with ID A and MAJOR chem
in data base
how user want to see in out put is only one row with ID A and two different column MAJOR1(column name) with physic and MAJOR 2 (major 2) with chem
how can we do this

In the list - make column titles as "start of detail". Then create a list header. Use the split rows under Structure -> headers and footers menu if the columns do not split. Then use the "merge cell" by selecting the two column on row 1.
