We have a user that when he clicks on links to saved HTML reports, they open up in Excel with no data present. He is running the same version of IE- 7.0, as everyone else. So far it is only affecting this one user. We attempted to change some of this browser settings but nothing worked.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Try changing the default report options for the user in Set Preferences.
