Is there any option to create a View table in Framework.If so please let me know the steps....

You can define a SQL object instead of a model query subject. You can then choose the SQL type (Cognos,Native,Pass-through) The last two would have the same effect as a RDBMS dependant SQL view (you can use RDBMS specific functions), but this will lead to an RMDBS specific model..
