Print Page - PDF output differe after migrate to C8.4

Hi ,
I migrated report from c82 to c84. in c82 pdf output shows 15 rows but in c84 it shows 20 with 2 pages. but html output is same in both.after setting rows per page i am not getting, but without setting this anyother way ?.. is this any issue in c84?
