I am attempting to use the following simple example of the to_char function as a calculation in event studio


to_char(99, '00')

I am getting the following error:

CNC-ASV-0025 Agent Condition invalid: RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-126'. UDA-SQL-0219 The function "to_char" is being used for local processing but is not available as a built-in function, or at least one of its parameters is not supported.

I discovered that this error is a result of not having a data item from the database in Event Studio. I think it is the same concept as this IBM technote on report studio http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21340956.
