Title: Data Manager vs Micrsoft SSIS

Our current ETL standard is Microsoft SSIS.   We are considering Cognos Data Manager.  Does anyone have experience with both to make a recommendation?  Anyone know of any good comparisons that may exist?  We have ETL needs outside of Cognos cube building and would prefer to standardize on one ETL tool; however, I am not sure if Data Manager is as robust as SSIS?

SSIS > pretty good all purpose data movement tool.

Data Manager > Amazing tool for developing Kimball style data marts (this is actually the reason Cognos purchased it for their analytic apps)

I would suggest, if you're going to invest in an ETL tool, to buy a copy of this independant study:
