Hi eveyone..

can u please help me guys..

1. [ ERROR ] Unable to save the configuration file.
C:\Program Files\cognos\crn\configuration\crnstartup.xml (Access is denied)
Contact your administrator.

Do you have administrative rights to the PC and full access to the install location (C:\Program Files\cognos\crn\configuration\crnstartup.xml)?
