Title: Crosstab alignment issue in Reportnet
Post by: kandyas on 21 Aug 2009 07:52:50 AM
Hello experts,

I have a crosstab report with 3 row levels and 1 columns level.
When the report is generated its looks like the attached sample report. (look for summary part ). Not only some row dimensions are repeated in the summary, but the output is also shifted towards the left.

When I shift the 3rd row level to columns (2 row and 2 columns levels), the report runs fine without any alignment issue.

Any help would be appreciated to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem.  I'm still trying to find workarounds, but it seems to be something inherently wrong when you want to export things like this to Excel or CSV.  I would've hoped by now that there would be some sort of property to address exporting to some of the crosstab elements.

Probably too late of a response here, but just for anyone to glance through this later on for an answer:  Use crosstab spaces.  This will help you add blank cells to align the different levels in the hierarchy.  It's a bit tedious for crosstabs with a lot of measures, but it does the job.

Hope this helps!
