Would really appreciate any help here. We have been having this issue from a long time now. We have reports that get emailed on saturdays that sends the report as an attachement and link in pdf and excel. The attachment works but when the users click on the link they get http error 404 but when someone else who is added as a system administrator clicks on the link it works fine.
Please Advice. We are using Cognos 8.2 with SQL server 2005.
