In my case, "none of the above".  I spotted Cognoise Administrator's tagline while I was reading one of his replies in the Tek Tips forum - but we don't have a button for that one... :)

I heard about COGNOISe.com from a user in the Cognos Newsgroup. Now I very rarely visit the SupportTalk user forums in the support portal.

Googled for something and ended up at COGNoise.com.  8)

You left off an option - Cognos Support.  They have a link on the Cognos Support website.  They also seem to be replacing the entire Cognos support area with a brand spanking new website with blogs and wikis due to launch this month.
