I have installed and configured Cognos 8 BI and it is working good.Then i have installed cognos planning and TM1 in in the same machine and i was trying to configure it is not allowing me to configure it says conflict of cognos8 service and it cannot override,give me solution

Cognos 8 and TM1 on same machine no problem.

Cognos 8 and EP do not play nicely together though, these will need to be on separate servers (or else run them one at a time in which case there's not much point ...)
