Does anyone know how to modify the URL of a report to view recently saved output? Is this possible?

simple way is to set the Default action as View Most recent output, in report properties click to View the search path, ID and URL, you will get required url in Default action URL box (may be you need to run and save the report)

save your report go to set properties and look into "View the search path, ID and URL"
