Hi All,

I have a report and I want to give access to some files(xls) through a URL from that report. This report are being used from different countries and differenct domains.

My issue is when is when I keep these files in cetral servers then those who doesnt have 'windows access' to those files cannot be able to access to the file from the report.

Is there any way to share files from cognos to everyone who have access permission to the report

Try Cognos 8 for Office.

you can save excel in Content Store.
