I have a simple chart requirement. Y1 Axis=TotalCount Y2 Axis=Rate% X-Axis=Month

I set the Y2 Axis Property of the chart to SHOW so that I can see dual Axis.

I can drop one measure on the Y1 measure area. I can drop the Month field on X Axis. How do I drop the Rate% measure on the Y2 Axis? I am attaching a chart from Excel that I am trying to replicate in Report Studio.

Instead of dropping them into measures, you'll have to drop them into the your legend area. Then select the second measure and in properties, you should see an option near the top to change the axis.
