In our cognos 8.2 server we are able to access the cognos connection page using gateway URI but when we use the dispatcher URI the page is not displayed properly (no icons are there and script errors come up when we open any studio). Please provide us with a solution since we need to work on SDK which connects to Cognos server using the dispatcher URI.

This is normal. When you access the dispatcher URI, the icons and images will not be displayed. Those images should be displayed when accessing cognos through the URL you set up during installation.
